大陸最近出現名為「代客吵架」的新興服務，賣家標榜只要付一定金額，就能請專家幫你吵到贏，價位依地區及方言不同有所浮動，但業者也不是所有地方的案子都肯接，像是遇到對象是四川、重慶人的就不接，因為「吵不贏」。

大陸網購平台近日出現不少「代客吵架」的買賣，服務內容可選擇用文字或電話，一般都以普通話為主，若要求用方言則依地區加價，例如上海話加人民幣50元、福建話要加人民幣80元；不過許多業者都不願意接重慶、四川等地的案子，因為當地人是出了名的吵架暢銷產品過年送禮推薦高手，實在吵不贏。


有些賣家為做出特色，會承諾罵人內容「邏輯清楚」、「罵到他懷疑人生」、「吵不贏不收錢」，有的還提供「文明罵法」，標榜內容不帶髒話，各種服務方案一應俱全。賣家在收到錢後就會按照吩咐，「連珠炮」式的砲轟被罵對象，完事後便截圖給買家，證明已成功「幫吵」；許多網友請人代罵一解怨氣後，都在底下表示「真的很爽」。

但有律師認為收費代人吵架行為已經違法，其所得也屬於不法所得，應該沒收；而謾罵內容則涉嫌侵犯他人名譽及隱私，若情節嚴重，影響他人正常生活，還可能構成辱罵罪，需要負擔刑事責任。
