5號颱風「丹娜絲」生成　恐成「穿心颱」襲台
今年第5號颱風「丹娜絲」，在週二下午2點正式生成！氣象局表示，如果預測路徑不變的話，週二晚間11點就可能發布海上颱風警報，東部跟南部地區首當其衝。而預測路徑包括台灣跟韓國，目前都認為丹娜絲可能會穿越中央山脈而過，成為穿心颱！


太陽高高掛，熱到不行的天氣很快就要變天了！週二下午2點，在鵝鑾鼻南方的熱帶性低氣壓，正式增強為輕度颱風「丹娜絲」，也是今年第5號颱風。

氣象局預報中心簡技伍婉華：「如果颱風照我們所預測的方向速度不變的話，氣象局會在今天(16日)深夜發布海上颱風警報，如果之後它的移動方向，仍然像氣象局所預估的話，我們可能在明天(17日)白天發布陸上颱風警報。」


氣象局不排除，丹娜絲會從東南部登陸，斜穿過中央山脈後出海。比比看，台灣、日本、韓國的預測路徑，台韓看法一致，都認為會穿山而過，日本則研判會略過台灣東部海面。超人氣產品網路熱銷產品

氣象局預報中心簡技伍婉華：「另外，縱使颱風很接近我們，我們的地形也可能會影響颱風行進的些微變化，所以到底颱風北上以後，它中心有機會很接近我們的時候，到底中心會登陸，還是大家關心的，從東邊或從西邊北上，這部分其實是非常需要很多時間去觀察。」

會不會真的是穿心颱？氣象局不把話說死，週四是關鍵。但不管丹娜絲怎麼走，東部地區都首當其衝。


氣象局預報中心簡技伍婉華：「明天(17日)在東半部地區、北部山區和南部地區，斷斷續續開始有下短暫陣雨的機會，也提醒大家明天(17日)在花東地區，可能出現局部性的大雨。」

氣象局表示，週三，東部、南部就要開始注意雨勢，周四，中部、北部也會加入下雨行列，全台都有雨。週四、週五預計是颱風影響最明顯的時候，即使颱風遠離，氣象局也提醒，雖然不會引進西南氣流，但週六，南部、東南部地區天氣依舊不穩定，別掉以輕心。

「台灣加入WHO」　民團赴陸使館前抗議
第72屆的世界衛生大會，將在5月20日到5月28日在瑞士日內瓦舉行，台灣已經連續3年沒有受邀參加，衛服部長陳時中率領，世衛行動團抵達瑞士後，也拿出宣傳的秘密武器，要提升台灣的國際能見度。


代表團WHO：「反對中共霸權，台灣加入WHO，反對中共霸權，台灣加入WHO。」

世衛宣達團一齊高聲呼喊，要為台灣加入WHO，出一份力。

宣達團：「世界衛生大會，我們在這個地方，代表台灣人民，向大陸，共產黨政府，表示我們最嚴正的抗議。」

WHO台灣宣達團，在台灣時間18日上午，到大陸駐日內瓦辦事處前，拉布條抗議，大陸打壓台灣參加，世界衛生大會，不過在日內瓦的，還有政府代表團。


衛服部長陳時中，17日率領世衛行動團，飛往瑞士，18日抵達日內瓦後，拿出台灣向國際宣傳的秘密武器。

照片中的協力車，顏色鮮豔，而仔細看上面的字樣，大大寫著，台灣可以幫忙，希望藉此向國際表達，台灣人的心願。

衛服部長：「外面都漆的是，全民健康覆蓋，或是台灣可以幫忙，台灣這個名稱已經在日內瓦變成一個很夯的名詞了。」

而不只如此，美國眾議院的4位，台灣連線共同主席，去哪裡便宜流行函給世衛組織的秘書長，表達支持台灣，也在信中寫到，台灣致力於國際衛生合作承諾，為其他國家立下榜樣，而且還提到台灣提供相當多的援助，健康照護領域也相當卓越，藉此凸顯台灣的重要性。

衛服部長：「今天也進行了兩場的雙邊，一場跟聖露西亞，那談到健保的制度，那另外也談到人員的訓練，還有另外跟東南亞的國家，也談到我們的醫療雲。」


這次的代表團，預計也將與美國與，日本的部長級官員會面，期望能讓更多友邦，給予我們協助。
