全台唯一「玫瑰包」內餡爆漿 口齒「留香」
好吃的包子香噴噴，口齒留香，不稀奇，在台中有餐廳賣的包子，是玫瑰餡料，吃進嘴哩，真的是「口齒留香」，花香撲鼻，而且也是全台獨一無二的玫瑰包，餐廳業者用有春節送禮推薦最暢銷產品機玫瑰，親手搗碎花瓣，製作玫瑰醬和豬油攪拌，內餡爆漿，還有老饕才知道的特殊吃法。
剪刀剪開包子，內餡立刻爆漿。
餐廳經理郭文章vs.顧客：「你要小心燙喔，趁熱吃。」
內餡裡的透明液體是豬油。
顧客：「可是吃下去的時候不會油膩，玫瑰花香可是不是那種，就是我們噴的香水那種人工的味道，真的從鼻子滲出來。」
顧客：「很特別吃完會唇齒留香。」
顧客：「不會到太濃不會太人工，濃郁度夠但是不會膩。」
記者徐敏娟：「因為這個玫瑰包餡料是爆漿開來，所以呢還有另外一種吃法，就是把包子立著吃，而且這個吃法只有老饕才知道。」
餐廳員工：「你剪開它(內餡)整個都在盤子裏面，冷氣一吹它(豬油)很快就凍起來。」
包子香噴噴，香氣竟然是玫瑰香，這是台中這間餐廳，獨門流傳70年，全台獨家的點心，玫瑰包子，也是一道愛情料理。
餐廳經理郭文章：「我們太婆生病了沒有胃口吃東西，她很喜歡玫瑰花，所以他就是太公吩咐主廚，我們的家廚，用玫瑰去研發一道點心出來甜點，全台灣大概就是我們家，才有這個東西。」
玫瑰包子流傳到第四代，經過幾次改良，這一罐罐暗紅色的，就是純手工釀造的玫瑰醬，每罐都貼著手寫的"製造日期"，至少要放三到五年，一打開，是濃郁的玫瑰香。
餐廳經理郭文章vs.記者：「好香喔。」
餐廳經理郭文章：「有機的玫瑰花瓣去搗碎，再加糖。」
釀製的時間越久，玫瑰醬就越香陳，特別採用不含農藥的有機玫瑰，像這一罐一公斤的玫瑰醬，是用2千塊的新鮮玫瑰花瓣，花一整天的時間，親手搗碎。
餐廳經理郭文章：「是紅色的沒有錯，釀的時間長久，慢慢慢慢會有酒釀的味道。」
豬油撒上糖粉，辦進玫瑰醬，淺紫色的內餡，再包進包子裡。
餐廳師傅：「收口的部分一定要特別注意，裡面有(豬)油壓力的問題，會讓它容易爆出來，半年才能上手。」
熱氣騰騰的蒸籠，玫瑰包子可以上桌，外觀看起來和一般包子，沒有不同，但咬下一口，天然濃郁的玫瑰花香，不只傳承飄香70年，也讓客人體會到，名副其實的口齒留香。
